Debbie Manship established Role Call in 1989 as a training consultancy specialising in providing role-players and facilitators for training courses within both public and private sectors.  Role Call’s clients include HMRC, AstraZeneca, The Cabinet Office, Allen and Overy and Deutsche Bank, for whom we have provided everything from management development courses through to live event productions. 

Role Call also has more than 30 years experience working with health professionals at all levels and disciplines. From our client list you will see that Debbie and her team at Role Call work all over Europe within courses covering general communication skills, breaking bad news, informed consent, randomised controlled trials etc. and an enormous variety of doctor-patient scenarios. Role Call works with many of the major teaching hospitals throughout the UK and organisations such as Cancer Research UK, The Kings Fund and several of the Royal Colleges.
